Frequently asked questions

Answers before the call.

Most questions we receive are answered below. If yours is here, you save an intro-call slot. If not, give us context in the contact form.

What does a project with Constructive Systems cost?

Projects are individual because each use case, scale, and validation requirement differs. Pilot phases typically start in the low five-figure range; fully scaled programmes are multi-year. We sort order-of-magnitude in the intro call based on your specific situation — not from a fixed price list.

How quickly will I see results?

Pilot phases are designed for 8–16 weeks with measurable interim results after 4–6 weeks. Full microbial-system effect typically takes 3–6 months of stable operation — microbiology isn't a chemical instant-switch, it's a settled process.

Will this fully replace my existing cleaning agents?

No, not everywhere and not immediately. We start in areas where biological methods outperform chemical (odour, biofilm, organic load) and complement step by step. Complete substitution is the destination, not the starting condition.

Are the systems certified and regulatorily compliant?

Yes. Our microorganisms are RG1-classified (Risk Group 1, the lowest under EU biosafety law) and EN-validated. Specific certifications, studies and validation documents are shared confidentially in the intro call — they're part of our operational IP and not publicly listed.

What regions do you work in?

Primary markets: Germany, Spain, EU-wide. Languages: German, English, Spanish. HQ is Sa Coma (Mallorca); on-site work is standard in DACH and Spain, other EU countries project-dependent.

How does an intro call work?

30 minutes, video or phone. We listen: use case, current solution, pain points, decision context. By the end you'll know whether a pilot makes sense; we'll know if we're the right partner. No sales pressure, no canned slides.

What sets you apart from traditional cleaning or biotech vendors?

We don't sell agents, we run systems. Traditional vendors optimise cleaning chemistry; we build microbial ecosystems that work continuously. That's a different contract logic (programme, not product) and a different customer value (stability, not consumption).

What if the project doesn't work?

Pilots have defined success criteria set jointly before start. If they're not met, no scaling — and an honest assessment of why. We build relationships on durable results, not optimistic contract mechanics.

How many people work at Constructive Systems?

Deliberately small. Halim Amour runs the day-to-day; a network of lab partners, application specialists and industry advisors plugs in per project. You get one point of contact with depth, not an account chain.

Do I need technical background for the intro call?

No. The intro call is about your use case and goals, not microbiology. Technical depth comes in the pilot proposal — accessibly written, with validation data you can pass to your team.

Do you offer training or knowledge transfer?

Yes, as part of larger programmes. Microbial systems need local competence for sustained operation — we train your cleaning, maintenance, or production teams on what's necessary, without turning them into microbiologists.

How do you handle data and confidentiality?

Standard: NDA before pilot proposal, separate data rooms per project, EU hosting. Validation data is shared with consent as reference — names and numbers stay anonymised unless you explicitly authorise otherwise.
